Paul Messner has been given a used pontoon boat and would like to pass it along to another WIFFC member that could use it. The frame is in good shape, but we noticed the anchor line pulley is rusty. The oars are missing. The inflatable pontoons appear to be in great shape and good bladders. Contact Paul to make arrangements to view and or pick up.
